LEMA Indigenous has begun training Energize Wind River staff ahead of project start dates.
Electrical safety and installation trainings are overseen by Creative Energy’s Lander branch.
Here field technicians participate in electrical safety and installation trainings. Energize Wind River has already hired 9 full-time employees, creating benefited and good-paying jobs with significant career potential in a growing national industry. 8 are enrolled tribal members who live on the Wind River Reservation.
All work associated with the deployment of these solar systems can be performed by a local workforce, including those who lack a complete high school education.
