Energize Wind River field staff have all been trained in solar installation, maintenance, and monitoring by LEMA Indigenous.

Energize Wind River has already hired 9 full-time employees, creating benefited and good-paying jobs with significant career potential in a growing national industry. 8 are enrolled tribal members who live on the Wind River Reservation.
All work associated with the deployment of our solar systems is performed by a local workforce, including those who lack a complete high school education.
